Method

Melt chopped plain chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water or microwave for 30 seconds until smooth.
Dip the bottom half of 6 strawberries into the chocolate and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Chill for approximately 15 minutes until the chocolate is set, then serve.
