I totally agree. I have often said that I would love to have the seafood which our British fishermen catch and would be prepared to pay a premium rather than have it all shipped abroad. I am so jealous of the size of the prawns for sale in Spain, in particular, why can’t we get them. I used to buy fresh scampi years ago to make Scampi Provencal but am now unable to get fresh or even frozen scampi.
